Welcome back to my blog,
Do you know what a slogan is?A slogan is a memorable motto or phrase used in a clan, political, commercial, religious, and other context as a repetitive expression of an idea or purpose, with the goal of persuading members of the public or a more defined target group.(from Wikipedia)
Imagine, that you have been hired by Forest & Bird New Zealand to work on one of their campaigns. It is your job to come up with a catchy slogan for the campaign.
'Make New Zealand a better place with Birds & trees today'.
or
'Keep the forest green, keeps birds happy'
In your comment please tell us witch slogan you think is better.
Did you like the slogans?
Goodbye everyone hope you enjoyed this blog post and coming to my next one please leave a comment and like my blog thank you.
Good morning Talisa,
ReplyDeleteWOW! What a thoughtful answer to this question. I think both options are super positive and creative because you have made a distinctive connection between the animals and the environment they live in. It is great to mention the country's name so that the citizens of this country would feel responsible to keep our land safe and clean!!
Personally, I would pick the second one as my favourite because I like the repetition in the slogan. Repeating the phrase "keep the ___ green/happy" was such a clever idea - it has made it sound super catchy. Ka pai!
Talk to you soon,
Susie
