Burning Up! (SLJ)

Hello everyone!
Is it hot today or what?

I am sorry for not doing this earlier but I was busy.

The weather for here is sunny and the highest temperature for today is 30⁰ C and the lowest is 15 ⁰C and the true feel is 24⁰ C. When It is hot have to turn on the electric fan to help keep me cool.

The hottest temperature place is: Dallol: 41oC; Dasht-e Loot: 71oC; Tirat Zvi: 54oC; Kabili: 55oC; Bandar-e Mahshahr: 51oC. Crazy ‘eh?!

Today I will be making a graph for you using this information. I used google sheets with my mum's help. I hope you like it

Here it is
Do you know any other cites that are hot?

  1. Talofa Talisa,

Congratulations on successfully using a computer programme to create your bar graph. Did you use google drawing? If not, which program did you use?

Isn't it pretty crazy that the temperature rises over 40°C in all of these cities around the world? I remember when I visited Australia, it was 32°C and I couldn't stand the heat under the sun for more than 10 minutes! We had to get a big umbrella to sit under the shade at the beach.

I also know that countries like the Philippines can get pretty hot around October. The hottest temperature ever recorded in the country was 42.2°C! Do you think you would be able to survive in this heat wave? How would you feel?
