One of the famous people I will be talking about is on the NZ$5 note. Do you know who that is?

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading through your list of questions that you would like to ask Sir Edmund Hillary. I like how you asked him about his personal life moving away from his achievements.
It is also nice to ask what he would do differently - I'm sure anyone in his shoes would have found a better way to overcome an issue by going through trial and error!
If I get a chance to ask him a question, I would ask him about the conversations he had in his mind (with himself) when he felt the urge to give up.

ReplyDeleteDo you know of any famous Maori women and/or Maori girls from New Zealand's history? Surely there must be some who have made a significant impact on Aotearoa's history. It would be lovely if you could tell their stories to your friends keeping their legend alive and perhaps be inspired yourself. Alofa atu.☺
