How do you stay healthy.

This activity I will be sharing five things on my blog  about me or those in my family try to stay healthy.

  1. sometimes eat vegetables and fruit
  2. walk to school and back
  3. my brother runs around streets to get fit
  4. eat meat
  5. sleep
