Woman Combing Her Hair (SLJ)

 Aloha Everyone,

Welcome to my first post for summer learning journey. Hope you enjoy

Today's topic is all about art. Do you like art? Do you know any famous artists? Are  you interested in having a career as an artist? No need to answer if you don't want to.

Anyway this activity like I said before is all about art. I chose a picture of a lady from this site. Then basically changed some of the colors. After that I made a DLO for you to check out. It talks about why I chose different colors then the original painting and why I chose that painting.

Presenting...

Also two separate photos

Mine

Original

Do you like DLO?

Would you also choose the same colors as me in some of it? if not then what color?

Thanks for visiting my blog feel free to comment if you like. Bye

  1. I love that you have included lots of information in your introduction Talisa.
I think your colour choice suits the picture.Using the red background makes the lady stand out.
I have heard of several famous artists.I think we might have even looked at some of Vincent Van Gogh's work at High School.
I like drawing animals rather than people as I can't get their facial features right.
Is there any thing that you like to draw or colour?.

My name is Shannon, and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey.

What a fantastic recolour. I love your bold choices! I think yours looks way better than the original. It’s brighter, and stands out more! Ka pai!

Some more activities have just been published for the SLJ, so head on over to the 2020-2021 Summer Learning Journey to start collecting points!

    Happy blogging!

    Ka kite anō,
