The Word Count

Talofa and Welcome,

This week we had a hundred word count. A hundred word count is just a story with exactly 100 words including the prompt our teacher gives us.  A prompt can be picture, sentance or words. We get new prompts each week.

Here is my 100 word count for this week

…that’s when I knew I should run…
Storm struck and the night was dark. I was walking home late at night from work.
While walking I started hearing footsteps behind me. I looked back and saw nothing. So I
shrugged my shoulders and continued walking down the path. While walking I felt like someone
was behind me I looked back and there was a mysterious figure in the distance that’s when I
knew I should run. Straight away I could hear him running towards me. “What do you want” I
shouted then found out that is what actually my brother. I felt relived and angry but relieved.

Do you like my story?

It is intresting and lovely?

Thanks for reading my blog post feel free to comment.
Tofa

  1. I did like your story Talisa, and thought that you did a great job at making a short story make sense.
I almost felt scared as I read your blog.I don't like walking in the dark by myself so I know how you'd be feeling.
What sort of work were you doing?.
