Aroha

 Aloha Everybody,

Nice to see you.
Last week on Friday the 23 of March we had a Mufti Day. We all had to bring a gold coin or more to donate to the ones who lost their loved ones on March 15 the darkest day of New Zealand. After lunch we walked to Hornby High School. We created the word Aroha on the Hornby High schools field. Our school did the letter O. The high school did the rest of the letters. After we were organised we had to sit down for two minuets in silence while someone was taking photos.

The long biathlon

How you doing?

Last week we did a biathlon. It was really long and hot. I found it challenging to keep going because the hot sun made me really tired. It was super hard. It was kind of fun.

Hello everyone,

Today I will be telling you about a document called a 100 word count. Our class had to create a story using the words our teacher gives us using exactly 100 words. This week we had to use the words red ladder,sinking,coins and pavement using 100 words by making a story.

Strategies to keep calm

Hello my readers,

Today I will be telling you some strategies to keep calm you calm when you get really mad. 

  1. You can squeeze the lemons. Its when you squeeze your hand and pretend there is a lemon and when the juice comes out your anger comes out. After you throw it away when all the juice is out.
  2. Dragon breathing. When you  breath in and then breath out it and it's like breathing out fire. 
  3. Drinking some water, It can help you to calm down when your really cross or sad. 
There are many more strategies to keep calm.
