Hello my readers,
Today I will be telling you some strategies to keep calm you calm when you get really mad.
- You can squeeze the lemons. Its when you squeeze your hand and pretend there is a lemon and when the juice comes out your anger comes out. After you throw it away when all the juice is out.
- Dragon breathing. When you breath in and then breath out it and it's like breathing out fire.
- Drinking some water, It can help you to calm down when your really cross or sad.
There are many more strategies to keep calm.

hi Talisa I had the same idea as you because I said how to calm down too. next time can you tell more ways to get calm? next time maybe you could add something funny have a nice day.
ReplyDeleteHi Talisa I will try doing those strategies. Did you do anything to make you angry to use the lemons?. I also know something that will make me calm to it is the rainbow. The rainbow is when you breath in and put your arm by your side and slowly put them up and make a rainbow and then put your arm down you'll get calm. make sure to look at my blog. bye

I mostly squeeze the lemons when I am around my sibling's including my baby brother when he cry's and will not stop or annoys me drools on or pukes on me but I guess its part of being the older one.The rainbow breathing is a great strategy to use.But I don't use it that much.
